Realme Smartwatch Gets IMDA Certification

The wearable segment is now on a great growth as many companies are now competing for the same audience. Apart from Oppo and Vivo, Reakme is also going to launch its first smartwatch later this year. The wearable has received the BIS certification of India, further it has also cleared the IMDA certification. The proclaimed smartwatch has also been trademarked in Indonesia with the model RMA183.

Realme has brought up the wearable with the same model RMA183 on the IMDA listings for certification. Apart from the certification, the REALME CEO, Madhav Seth in last month posted a video teasing the smartwatch. But, the teasing of the wearable is nothing more specific apart from the “Low - Power Device” equipment model. The video also proclaimed yet to launch products other than Realme watch like Realme buds air, table clock, smart tv and lot more. The wearable band comes with a Bluetooth technology alike the other wearables.

At the time of writing this, the only wearable product that the company has in its lineup is Realme Brand.

But it will be interesting to see how the brand manages to establish its wearable from the tough competition from the famous brands like Apple, Samsung, MI & Huawei. Apart from the competition the industries are hit badly by the Pandemic Coronavirus.
